Last night my back hurt so bad from hobbling around with this "boot" that I went out & bought a new pair of boots. They're ankle boots, slip on & zip up with a 1 1/2" heel that puts my hips level. Today I feel so much better, plus I have some cute boots to wear this winter. Normally I don't wear heels, certainly not high heels, but my athletic shoes weren't cutting it at all. Still struggling with the "no cardio" restriction, yeah that's not going to last. We ended up eating fast food last night, not good but I didn't want to be out all night so.... I'll be having something lighter & healthier for dinner, & try some planning for next week. Will try to do some upper body strength training tonight as well, then maybe slow walking??? Wish me luck!
