Woke at 223.9, down .3 from yesterday. Pretty happy with that after a late night out with ribeye and plenty of drinks. UPDATE: Down to 223.8 by lunchtime. UPDATE 2: Weighed 224.2 just after 5 pm. Time for BBQ chicken legs!
