My calorie limit is 1500 but I eat 800 less a day do I eat more? what food? and is that okay?
69.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

so you're eating about 700 calories a day.. amazing.. I'm struggling trying to keep to 800 n often it's more like 850-900 good luck! 👍

Well it still feels like alot, it's around 500 calories on average, I only eat veggies, But you've been making so much progress :D you're the amazing one! I haven't really seen much progress despite exercising and stuff. Pretty slow here

I was before..a couple of years ago when I was well overweight.. but I went right down.. now through different things I've put on about 10lbs.. it's a lot easier to loose weight when you're obese... I find when I've only a few lbs to loose it's a nightmare!!! I couldn't eat just veggies.. I need protein!

Ugh yeah its a little more complicated, I hope you loose all the extra weight :D it's a hard long journey 😭 I've only just started but it's Allready been though
