Woke at 225.2, up 1.3 from yesterday. I got a ton of exercise yesterday but I also ate a massive sub at lunch that amazingly packed on nearly a day of calories. UPDATE: Got to 225.0 after 16:8 IF. Ate some turkey chops and broccoli for lunch. Southwest chicken tonight. UPDATE 2: Got to 226.0 by 7:30 pm. Ate a late dinner of a chicken thigh with salsa and some red wine.
