Is that camomile? I always leave the teabag in too! (Not for ‘normal’ tea though) and is that a mug cake? It reminds me of a miniature bread and butter pudding.

Yes it’s camomile a leave my bag there all way. In Bol is beaked oat ( I used 150g yogurt skyr, 1-egg, 40g of OAT , 50g f blueberries) mix all then put in the oven for 25min
