Woke at 224.2, up .2 from yesterday. Going to have a cup of coffee and then jump on the treadmill for a HIIT session, take a shower, and start preparing for the week! Hope you have a relaxing day! UPDATE: Extended the HIIT session to an hour... 36 minutes of which were at peak heart rate. Went outside for some sun and s short splash. Came in and hit 222.3. BBQ chicken tonight in the Instant Pot.
