Woke at 222.7, down 2.8 from yesterday. The larger meals at lunchtime followed by little to no dinner have had a good effect. I'm not going to tackle a lunchtime OMAD just yet, but I'll see how I feel at dinnertime. I have a friend coming over for burgers today. UPDATE: Got to 222.5 by 1 pm. Ate some chicken breast strips to break the fast. UPDATE 2: Weighed 223.1 at 6 pm after a few white wines and Scrabble with my visiting friend. Burgers are on the grill!
