Today I have been extremely hungry- I have tried my best to choose healthier options. So should I feel bad that I've come in at 102% of RDI- even though it still equated to an 840 calorie deficit when you include my exercise!
I know the answer to that is 'NO' I shouldn't feel bad- but there is a surge of annoyance running through me.
