Encouraged by the other posts I decided to look back a year — nearly a 30kg difference!
These high-waisted pants went from snug to barely staying on my hips.
Motivated to keep going ❤️

@deane123 I’m currently strictly sticking to 1200 calories a day. It’s important to figure out how your body responds to different foods. I’ve cut out refined carbs like white bread, normal pasta and normal pizza base as it seemed to bloat me. I’m also avoiding red meats (except biltong and droewors of course 🤤). I’m lucky that I’m studying from home and don’t have any other responsibilities so I’m able to cook fresh meals. I also make a point of working out every day. I think it’s extremely difficult to loose any weight without working out. Hope that helps? Good luck on your journey ✨
