Raises: 3X9XBW
Planks: 3X45sX45#
Crunches: 3X16X45#

Long day. Late lift. Grooved squat. Felt smooth and deep even as the weight went up. Speed under heavy weight seems to be improving. I like it. 3 Reps shy of a new PR. I might coulda ground out another rep or two. Happy to take my time, leave a couple in the tank, and continue building pace. Super late dinner. Found my new late night spot. Kitchen open until 0115.

Onward.
