Yuk. The camera on my phone makes me look 40 lbs heavier 🤣.

I EAT TOO much!!!!

OK. This picture taken yesterday, Aug 15th, which happens to be our 2nd trip to Providence RI in 2 weeks, will be used as as a before picture. We enjoyed our 1st trip so much at the end of July that we decided to go back again. We dined on Federal Hill on Saturday and on Sunday, we did a boat tour of the Providence River. We really like the Providence vibe.

In my 1st "Before" picture taken in Dec 2015, I was tipping the scales at 260 lbs and the after picture was 199 lbs taken in Dec 2019

Now it's time to put in the work and make the next after picture 185 lbs which if I do it right, slow and steady, should be next April 2022.

I will probably post all 4 pictures then as reference points. 260, 239, 199 and 185.

My plan is to eat less food.

I love this picture! Your kiddo kind of looks like my teens... Just chilling and getting a picture because... Well, got to! You have so much of which to be proud! Yay Ches! You have a plan- that’s great👍👍 I love this photo- can see the love right there ( even grudging teen love- my younger daughter looks this impressed in family photos too😉) One of my aunties passed unexpectedly yesterday-family time is sooo precious 🤗 Getting back in plan will keep you happy and healthy for many more years of family time to come.: I’m double jabbed but currently on day 7 of covid symptoms- not great, as I’m asthmatic, but I’m soo glad that I’ve lost some weight and dread to think how bad my breathing would have been with covid otherwise So, my friend, enjoy your family time, get back on your new plan , do it for your lovely family-we’re all here for you every step of the way Go Coach Ches!!👏🏻👏🏻
