Found a trick on how to make scrambled tofu taste like eggs: black salt! Really tasty😁

😂took me a while to figure out scramble too,,then I ordered Himalayan black salt only to discover that it's pink🤣 add after cooking and not when it's cooking and only use a tiny amount of turmeric for the colour and not the taste....amazing what u learn along the way!! I haven't had it with spinach yet though, IL try it soon ❤️

I found the recipe for scrambled tofu on youtube, and was really happy with how it turned out! I love trying something new every time, and this was a great discovery. I added spinach just for extra amount of veggies, the combination is not bad though. Another thing to make it kind of creamy is to mix the spices with some plant based milk and a little tahini (it won't leave the taste) and adding this mixture to the tofu half way through the cooking😊

This one is from rainbow plant life. I also follow sweet potato soul and cucina botanica (but it's an italian one), and chelsea mae for mindset tips on healthy lifestyle too. Glad to be helpful 😊
