I gained 2 lbs, well my clothes feel looser, so I can gladly assume that I gained MUSCLE. Wooohoo. My arms are looking more toned.
Also, a friend on my facebook suggested the Spartan30 which is to do 30 sit ups (not crunches, adding some flare if you like) for 30 days.
What can I say? I look and feel better.
