Swung by the outlet to see if I could pick up a cheap pair of super cushion tennis shoes to ease this foot a bit, which I did. Stumbled across a rack of Lucky jeans. Haven't had jeans fit for a minute, cause squatting. Well lo and behold, it turns out I am an easy 32 and a snug (and smug) 31. Couldn't figure out why until I saw the "2 way stretch" tag. I know this is old hat to you ladies, but a game changer for me. Stocked up. So nice to have clothes that fit...

Pretty sure my waist is a good bit bigger than yours at the moment and I've been in a size 32 for a while. Maybe sizes are bigger in Illinois to make the midwesterners feel better about themselves, lol

@diablo Waist wasn't the jeans problem. It's the freakin thighs! Once I started squatting again, I couldn't even get my jeans up. And I'm not even big. I have no idea what real lifters do for clothes. Same brand, size and cut but with the magical "two way stretch" fabric is perfect fit and comfy.
And yes, the Midwest does have a next level size standard IME. But it's not like folks are fit back east.

Yeah, they definitely fit me snug. I get the stretchy material jeans. Some of the older style that don't give would probably be annoying.
