8:15 am - coming to the end of our walk (7.5 km's and 3 pit stops for water) it was already 21 degree's - brief stop for the girl, in the shade and damp grass, before the final short leg home! Great start to the day! Scales up and down like a yoyo this week so who knows what Tuesday may bring, but plenty of NSV's for me to be happy about, so onwards I go!
