Yes thanks, I'm going to a very small Gym, very few weights but it's more than what I have at home (nothing!) It's a great time of the year to start going to the gym as people prefer to workout outside, this gives me at least until December to take advantage of the place. January, February and March are the months in which people start their New Years resolutions,so it might be a be crowded then.  

Sounds like uv started at the perfect time! IL be joining my local gym as soon as I have enough money for the membership, IL be asking u for tips soon! ❤️💪 

Lol tips from me, that'sa good one :-) , yes gyms are crazy money but as sent from above, my local one only charges £10.00 a month, I think it's because they don't have many machines/weights, they don't even have a changing room, but it's at walking distance from the house. Basically I ran out of excuses lol 

Same here 😂 the gym here was too expensive but unfortunately, during the lockdowns, they had to close BUT our local sports charity managed to secure funding to take it over so it's now £20 a month and a 4minute walk from my house,,no excuse left,,looking forward to it but dreading it too, my anxiety goes through the roof when I have to go to new places, new people,,IL tell myself "if Mindy has to go, I have to go" 😂😂
