Today was my first day back at the gym in two years. LOVED IT! all the starts aligned: its located at walking distance from my home, it's affordable, the place is not too busy because of the time of the year. My plan is to go three times a week for one hour sessions of weight lifting, no cardio, also I must raise my protein intake and avoid taking any progress pictures as they could be a bit frustrating. The short/long term goal is is to take one day at a time. Wish me luck :-)
