I have made today my bitch, and it’s hard to find anything to complain about. Here’s my goal: further improve my ability to comfortably fast the next 20 hours (until 3pm tomorrow) and then I will be even further into the fat burning zone I’m on the cusp of. Oh yeah I am feeling pretty good today! I’m just going to have to be strong during the night!!!!
Got all my cleaning done and my family is fed and tucked into bed. I call it living life on the square. Doing the essentials for life and calling it a day. I think Bob Dylan was the one who said that actually, live life on the square.
I’m going NPO at midnight til morning.
