Pepper, cheese and lentil bake. This was vegetarian and lactofree. Had it for both lunch and dinner. Ingredients include peppers, cherry tomatoes, lentils, broccoli, butternut squash and parsley. Served it with wholegrain basmati and wild rice. About 500 calories for average serving size.
