I saw Onederland before and I will see it again.

Just take a deep breath, stuck it up, refocus, and get back at it.

Going shopping for chicken breasts this weekend. Going to keep it simple stupid. I already started logging meals for next week.

I am not afraid of carbs, but I know I easily overdue it when I eat crappy foods.

I just turned 50 and I want to end 50 fit, not fat.

I can do this!!!

Love it, focus on fruits and veggies 7-9 servings and a healthy fat like avocado 1-2 tablespoons each meal, also it’s about more than food try reading the rain barrel effect by Stephen Cabral
