Woke at 228.0, down .6 from yesterday but still 7 pounds up from my low last week. Gonna take a few days for the extra water in my body to disappear. UPDATE: Fasted until noon and got 227.5 before eating a large salad outside. UPDATE 2: Weighed 227.6 at 5 pm. Online happy hour tonight, so some red wine is in store.
