430 am horrible indigestion from meat loaf with onions in it. Dried onion flakes are like poison for me.. I ate a bunch of shit animal crackers and almond milk trying to neutralize the horrible acid reflux. Just made it worse. Pray to god I can fall asleep. I think tomorrow will be coffe and fasting till dinner when I’m supposed to go out to sushi to celebrate daughter’s birthday. Hope I’m up for that by then 😑
