Woke at 223.3, up 1.5 after a 2500 calorie day. I will adjust today. UPDATE: I ate very lightly at lunch and would have had a great weigh-in at 6 pm, but I forgot! Jason said, "Let's go out to eat," and I did. I had a nice bunless burger, but that blew any chance of a lighter weigh-in. Let's look again in the morning!
