Woke at 223.3, down 1.4 from yesterday. Planning some work outside today. UPDATE: Went out and got my yard work in; trenched around my house to get the grass away from it. I absolutely destroyed myself with a hard two hours of shoveling and pulling grass. Came in the house at 220.7, my lowest weight since May 9, 2020. COVID weight is officially gone. Happy with the recent progress. Last week was my lowest average weekly weight in more than a year, too. Burgers on the grill! UPDATE: I was so slammed from the workout that I ate a quick dinner and laid down for a nap! I got back up after an hour, and Jason and I are having celebratory Coldstone ice cream, which screws up my carb averages (again). But on we go to June!
