I was looking for your Deads? Anyway, its been a long time since I lifted weights fasted (for me it is so-much-harder!). Maybe I will get there by the end of the year. I'm still in that "attempting to 'cut' phase"... 😝

PS - Last Deads were 225 for reps a few days back.

PPS - I didn't lift fasted in the way we have in the past, i.e., after zero food for days. "Fasted" only as in no food today. Ate for 2 days yesterday...
