Hey hey hey it’s Saturday night
I had a good idea for butter burgers so I suffered through the store, abstained from eating while I cooked, and then had a delicious meal with myself which lasted 60 seconds. My husband then came in and offered me one of the burgers that he made 🙅🏼♀️ I turned it down. Because, willpower and I have to get my own food under control! I bought all the makings for banana splits and I had 2 bananas and about 10 servings of Cool Whip, so my “skinny” version is 300 calories + 400 burger + 700 salad and my 250 calorie snaccident of caramel puff corn and my day is ending in one GIANT 3 course omad totaling less than 1700 calories. And I’m satisfied. Full.
Guarantee my loss will come in the morning if I get through the night without continuing to eat. We shall see!
