Today marks three months here on FS so here’s what was on the menu. Brunch was 2 slices of French toast made with ALDI’s reduced sodium sprouted bread and 1.5 T maple syrup. This bread is really really good & only 70 calories a slice. Dinner was Thai shrimp curry take-out with added mixed vegetables and canned fruit ~~ over shirataki noodles instead of rice. (More about the shirataki another time but I’m a believer!) Both meals were so delicious and satisfying. I’m under my usual counts for today, making up for some higher days earlier in the week. Daily average around 1250 which should be good enough for a loss on Monday. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
