I am surprised that I have lost anything this week. It was my sisters birthday on Monday and we had afternoon tea delivered, it was a huge amount of food. I ate my full and had some to take home. Then on Wednesday I got a new house so I have started getting rid of junk in the process of moving. (I have accumulated an amazing amount of junk but I'm being ruthless) I have not been eating all that healthily so surprised I've lost
