am at 10.47kms of my 12km walk so there s no chance im quitting on myself now :) so glad i stuck it out, would have been very dissappointed with myself if i had of!!

Well done! 👍🏼🌟🌟 My walk to the shops and back is less than 3 km, and I’ve only done it about ten times in recent months.

the walk to my shops is only 1.2kms but my nightly walk is 12kms so it extended my walk having to get milk for the morning:) been really enjoying my walks, love it so much

good soundtrack, Spotify has running soundtrack, do side steps, swap sides, 10 each side, knee raises, walk 20 paces, jog 50 paces, repeat....meanwhile I'm laying in bed watching "8 out of 10 Cats does Countdown", funny, burning calories 🤣🤣

good advice, ill try that. at the moment i walk most of the way, but every side street i pass i jog from the driveway before it to the bus stop or tree etc after it, last few nights ive been running 2kms of it down this certain main road just trying to get my fitness up. it takes me up yo 2hrs at the most, normally around 1hour 45mins it's a really good night out for me lol

That's so good, in great time also.🚶♀️ I feel like I'm gaining more energy, will add in some walking, I only walk, once a week at the moment, while kids are at Taekwondo. If we go on an adventure, geocaching, or walking trails on the weekend. I'd love to get back to daily. Something is better than nothing, slowly but surely👍 Thanks for the motivation💐
