:'( im sad cos im over 70kgs but still happy cos im only 70.1kgs this is still great. ive had 3 unintentional cheat days, so it was definitely expected this raise
70.1 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
