This looks awesome! I use carbquick to make waffles and they turn out pretty well. It is nice to have them back on the menu.

Thank you for the welcome and recipe Draglist! I love breakfast for dinner, but the carbs!!! So thrilled that there's a reduced carb version of waffles and carb-free syrup! Still so much to learn. I was doing keto a couple years ago and lost 22 lbs before the "rona" hit. Gained it back. Now I am more determined than ever, but at a reasonable pace. I haven't spent much time on this site yet, but I think I like it! Have a beautiful afternoon!
