Woke at 222.9, down 2.2 from yesterday, which is a welcome but complete shock after eating 2269 calories yesterday, including a monster double cheeseburger! But fat and carbs were ok relative to my protein. Have a great weekend! UPDATE: Went out in the early afternoon and walked 3.25 miles. I came home at 221.7, my lowest weight in nearly a year (May 12, 2020). UPDATE: Back to 222.8 by 5:40 after a big lunch a few hours ago.
