DIABETIC OATMEAL-RAISIN COOKIES. I finally found a snack I can indulge and enjoy at the same time! This is the 3rd time I've baked these badboys this week and got them down to 32 calories each. You must try them if your a cookie monster!

Cant wait for the recipe! My mother would love this. Since covid tried kicking her but she’s been so diligent not to slip and raise her blood sugar (now I know where I get my tenacity from). But yes, please post! Thanks!

I used all purpose flour with only 1/4 cup of sugar .I subbed the applesauce for 1 banana and once with a little of both

These are very filling between meals my last batch I added wheat bran and chia seed. Chia seed can be used like an egg sub if you take a tablespoon and add a little chilled water it gets that egg guee texture and is full of good stuff like omega 3 and fiber and protein. I love it on 35 calorie bread for french toast 4 slices with sugar free syrup under 200 calories
