For me is opposite... since it's easy to prepare and I'm WFH it's my go to weekday breakfast. So good and you can change the toppings/flavourings 😊

I used 30g of jumbo rolled oats, 50ml soya milk (unsweetened) and 1 medium egg. (Handful of blueberries or other fruit optional). Mix in a blender and put in oven safe dish for around 15-20 minutes :)
