I started fasting last night, think it's called 18-6 im not good at fasting, feel hungry already and cant eat until 4:10pm today 👎🤬🍩

any time particularly better to go for a walk. during a certain stage of fasting? will remember for next time 👍

Drink lots of water. You can also drink green tea and black coffee without breaking your fast . I usually do my walking or Hiit in the morning before breaking my fast at 9am. Now I am doing 20:4 .. and not feeling hungry until 12pm. You can do this 🙌🏻 . Remember it takes time , so it’s normal to feel hungry when you first started fasting.

Been doing 16:8 for long time, eating 8-4, extended to 18:6 recently. Eat 10-4 or 11-5 if late day. Working well. Not one bite after 4 though. Helps so much. Early riser so bed for me at 9 perfect. Do pedaling & dance groove before eating in am. Body will adjust & then almost never hungry on fasting time!🍀
