I have lost 4 stone 3lb since August of last year, but now I'm forever hungry and bad habits have started to creep in. I was so hungry at 1am this morning I got up and made a sandwich. I've not put any weight on but I've also not taken any off. It was so easy up till now I don't know what's changed. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated
