if i lose 1.1kgs more ill be half way to my FS goal i set for myself when i started here on tha 5th of march 🥰 thanks to EVERYONE for ur ongoing support 👍 couldn't have done it without u all 💗

thanks webbie 👍 am thinking about starting a short fast, any advice??. alot of people do em to lose weight and flush out ur body ...both wud be beneficial to me right now 😛

ive heard of the two day fasting...eat good all week then fasting over the weekend...i dont think it would work for me because i like food to much and i always get hungry...good self education on something like that would be very benificial...

It works! Don’t fast two days in a row and NOT on weekends, I did Mondays and Thursdays, work days when you are busy and distracted. Start off 1/4 normal calories for a couple of weeks then no brekky and lunch. Heaps of water tea coffee.

thanks webbie, will give that a go. & ta hurryon, weekend fasting wud be fine as i don't work cause i stay at home with my daughter, all day, everyday lol 💗
