I did well yesterday, but I did have a cupcake, but it was within my calories. Still it is totally totally empty calories - cupcakes are evil! I did eat the cupcake without sprinkles, dieting is so hard.😄

Stop apologizing to us for what you eat. You fit that treat into your chosen calorie allotment., you enjoyed it and then you just move on to the next meal and the next day. You haven’t committed a sin— keep this in perspective. You can’t do it every day but you can do it without feeling guilty. Guilt has no business in the weight loss world. It is destructive. Deprivation does not work. Pigging our does not work. Portion control and moderation does if you can master that way of thinking.

Welcome Maxine, everyone is so encouraging and supportive here it is amazing! There are many like Kenna that are very informative and interesting.
