Draglist's Journal, 07 Mar 14

Surprising and pleasant 215.2 waking weigh in. Did not gain an ounce after going overboard on dry roasted peanuts, some pecans, and even vanilla ice cream last night. Had a few scotches and a beer at happy hour, too. Interesting that I stayed under my goal on carbs (114 on a 120 target), was low on protein, and about 40 grams high on fat. But no big impact. I wonder how much weight I would have gained had I binged on carbs? In other news, pretty happy with even my morning dehydrated Tanita numbers. They look about like my fully hydrated evening numbers looked a month ago. That is telling me that the body composition changes are for real. Will even up the calories today, add a nice evening weight lift and 30 minute treadmill walk, then an hour walk after 16:8 tomorrow. Should result in a new low by early afternoon Saturday if not tonight. Have a great weekend, everyone.

Maybe nuts, ice cream and scotch can be part of your eating plan now?

What a great feeling to see those numbers "really" change in a month. Good for you!
