In 2009 I lost 70lbs by calorie-counting (1,200) and eating small plates 4-5 times a day.

I have regained the weight since then. The James Cordon interview with Oprah on the WW channel really inspired me. But the WW is buggy.

Happy to be here with the more-populated food database!
