I woke at 228.2, up 2.9 from yesterday, after enjoying a huge bowl of pasta last night (sorry, not sorry)! I fasted until noon and ate some tuna with tzatziki. Super busy, and dinner time snuck up on me. Got to 227.8 by then. Denise ordered Red Robin for takeout. I had a Royal Red Robin burger on lettuce with broccoli. PS. I got famished by 4 pm, and I wondered what that meant for my blood sugar and ketones. 94 and .01 mm. Meh. Also drank a bottle of red wine. So, I was over 2100 calories today but only 1500 of food.
