In my case, I mainly weigh in the morning. On holidays, I weigh both morning and night. The lightest weight of the day is in the morning, and the heaviest weight is before going to bed.

I stay on my diet from Monday to Saturday, and I have a cheat day on Sunday. I weight myself every Sunday morning after I wake up.

Monday mornings. But I like your thinking may have to change to mid week too when the momentum is still high

I'm logging food Monday to Friday. Saturday is cheat day so first thing we do before breakfast is weigh in.

I weigh myself every four weeks, I am looking to lose 9 lbs each month. I find it more rewarding to wait rather than every week.

I weigh daily, it’s never linear, my graph pattern is like the teeth on a saw blade, the general trend is down though...I would definitely lose heart if I only weighed weekly and still didn’t lose...I quite like seeing the fluctuations.
