Good morning all my FS friends! I'm sitting on my balcony drinking my morning coffee and shivering just a little 'cause it's 64° and a bit breezy. But it's a beautiful day and a large flock of goldfinches flew in a few days ago and have been entertaining me. It took my a while to identify them because they're dressed in their winter coats, not the bright yellow of summer, but a rather drab brownish/olive. Beautiful just the same and so much fun to watch.
I received my second covid-19 inoculation Tuesday and am feeling fine, just a little soreness at the injection site. I'm looking forward to the day when we are all safe and able to gather together once more. Have a lovely day my friends! 💛

64 degrees? oh God please summer come soon. Why does summer seem like it's only a couple months long and winter seems like it lasts for 2 years???? We are experiencing some "warm" weather this week. It got up to the freezing mark twice.

Even though I have received my second shot I will continue to follow the CDC guidelines and the recommendations of our national hero, Dr. Anthony Fauci. In my opinion, that man deserves a medal! 💛
