I had a really nice Saturday with a Chinese meal and lots and lots and lots of wine with a friend. ( we've both been given the covid vaccine) The result is that I've put on the 2 lbs I'd taken off this week, but never mind we had a good night with lots of laughs and I will be extra good this next week
