I ate and drank double my calorie goal in celebration yesterday, and it shows! Weighed in at 231.3, up 5.3 from yesterday! Looks like it’s time for some fasting! UPDATE: Fasted until 4:30 and had a protein drink with my supplements. Got down to 227.7 before that. Lots of water movement today.
