Woke at 228.4, down 1.3 from yesterday. Got some good catch up sleep after a long week without. In the early afternoon, I did pushups, squats, and 50 minutes on the exercise bike. Got to 226.1 after that, the lowest since before Christmas. I fasted until 4 and then had a protein drink and bar. We have another HelloFresh chicken dish tonight for dinner.
