Slept in for 10.5 hours, which felt great. I weighed in at 224.4, down 1.4 from yesterday’s post-workout low! That was a nice surprise, especially after Five Guys and a bottle of wine last night! UPDATE: Weighed in at 4:15 after drinking coffee all day and having great movement and got to... 224.4! So, no new low, but I'll take a return to my lowest since July. UPDATE: I ate two dinners tonight. I ate some meatloaf and Brussels sprouts at about 5. Denise then made sloppy Joes and broccoli for me at about 7 and I ate that, too. Added three mixed drinks. Let's see what the morning brings!
