Or for things that practically disintegrate... thinking of when I dipped a graham cracker in my coffee... Is it still 60 calories if it disappears almost before I can eat it? Deep thoughts.

Diablo -that was a trend a few years ago. Coffee with butter in it supposedly had all these health benefits. But you know how these trends change and are suddenly declared unhealthy or healthy and everyone believes it. Chocolate, wine, etc!
