I havent been able to log in food very accurately owing to how busy my brother has been for the past few days with his projects. I do try to make sure that I'm writing the journals as regularly as I can though.

Alhamdulillah, ALLAH accepted my dua and someone will be delivering my clothes to me today, I feel blessed.

I did do something really dumb though, which I almost always regret. And I hope it hasnt ruined my fast. I sent my fiance pictures...:( I need to do nawafil and ask for forgiveness. And I need to promise Allah that I wont do this again. Like seek tawbah. And I should replace this with good deeds.

Since morning I've been up and I was working with sarah and my dad to get those clothes on the plane. Allah facilitated it, almost 5 pairs are on the way Alhamdulillah. I'm so happy about that. Ayshas barat clothes included.

My dad told me to leave on the 8th insha Allah, but I'll be going on the 7th insha Allah, if that is possible. The ticket gets more expensive each day as well.

I made awesome sandwiches for my bro in the morning. The type I cant dream of eating on Atkins.

I toasted brown whole grain bread with olive oil, in the frying pan. Then I added smoked cheese, one slice of tomato, black olives, sauteed mushrooms and onions and chicken tikka mayo.

Sandwich two also had olive oil toasted brown full grain bread, with a larege chicken tender, tomato, regular mayo and smoked cheese.

And then I made him tea. But what I'm most glad about is that he got on the bus. Because my moms juke's registration and insurance are both expired, and my dad took the prado to Fujairah for his work. Usman would have missed the bus, as usual he got out of the house really late.

The brown bread is nearly over. Thats really great. I will try to get it finished today. I'll make a sanwich either for baba or for usman, because all the ladies in the house are on diets. Mom is on the GM, me and aysha are on atkins.

I have cheated a lot. I was eating cheese that wasnt allowed. That cheese seems fresh to me. Plus I've been eating smoked cheese, which is 100 cals per slice, although that isnt cheating.

I havent been eating much, and I havent been working out since the gym membership ended. Just getting stressed out. Also, I have near no carbs in my diet. I ate half a cucumber yesterday.

So I'm really not losing weight.

Todays strategy is to weigh myself in a few mins first. Then I'm going to have herbal tea for the rest of the duration of my stay, with multivitamin suppliments.

Im going to do some ab workout right now, and then before bed hopefully. I'll be doing some stepper as well after I break my fast instead of sitting in front of the PC the whole day being an idiot. I could have used a honey mask all this time. I'll do that when I come back from carrefour with my mom.

I'm glad about delaying my flight for one reason. My diet got prolonged. So my cheat day is much later.

When I travel I feel extremely hungry. Extremely. On my cheat day I am going to try my best to avoid eating by all means until I reach so I have an idea of what I'm like on the digital scale in Pakistan.

My cheat day menu is as stated insha ALLAH:

1. 1/2 Quarter pounder
2. 1/2 big mac
3. christmas cake
4. croissants (1/2 cheese, 1/2 zatar)
5. pizzaro

This is way too much food compared to what I normally eat. So I need to space it out, I need to have the laxative tea 2 times a day, and I need to get some exercise, which I'm sure I'll have a lot of given that I'll be going to the darzi the same day and start arrangements. Insha Allah. Everything happens by Allah's will only. Allah is the most Merciful.
