Woke at 228.9, up 2.0 from yesterday. I only ate 656 calories, all at dinner and it was chicken, peppers, and onions. I did drink three cans of diet soda and ate a bunch of pickles. I'm guessing sodium from those dudes. UPDATE: Lost most of the water and got to 226.5 by 5:30 pm. Ordering in for dinner and got a Chipotle Steak Burrito bowl without rice or beans. Added Barbacoa for extra protein. UPDATE: Added a bag of frozen cauliflower and some Bolthouse blue cheese dressing, too.
